Connecting Asia for a Sustainable Future - Joint Summer Camp
in Thailand,Hong Kong and Japan 2024!
This camp provides students with a unique opportunity to obtain hands-on learning experience at three esteemed higher institutions in Thailand, Hong Kong and Japan. The objectives of this camp are to enhance understanding the foundation and overview of various issues related tosustainability, especially in the fields of Industry 4.0, Sustainability and Circular Economy, and One Health, develop willingness to communicate with other students with diverse national and cultural backgrounds and discuss how to tackle issues related to sustainability.
Our summer programs will take place fromJuly 14th to August 4th, 2024, with the following schedule:
- The University of Hong Kong, China: July 14th - 20th, 2024
- Chulalongkorn University, Thailand: July 21st - 27th, 2024
- Hokkaido University, Japan: July 28th - August 3rd , 2024

Application Eligibility
1) Applicants must be, in principle, enrolled in a university or a graduate school as degree-program students at the time of application and during the Joint Summer Camp period. However, 4th year undergraduate students who plan to graduate in spring 2024 and enter to graduate school in fall 2024, are allowed to apply as a graduate student by submitting their current certificate of enrollment and a copy of the acceptance letter from the school they plan to enter.
2) Applicants must have the English proficiency necessary to understand and participate in the camp.
Program Fee:US$ 3,900
Program fee includes tuition, accommodation, lunch during the coursework period, course work materials, field trips, welcome kit, transportation fee from airport to accommodation for those who take recommended flights.Flights are not included in the program fee. Applicants must arrange their own travel arrangements from/to home country and between host universities
