We are happy to inform you that we even
this year may offer exchange placements to our partner institutions for our
Summer Academy 2020!
Our Summer Academy is an excellent
opportunity to discover the city of Kalmar but as well Sweden, and highly
recommended by the students - 99% of our previous students would recommend
Linnaeus University Summer Academy!
It offers an international,
intercultural and interdisciplinary study environment - unique of its kind in
Sweden. The students gain cultural insights together with a mix of
international and Swedish students, while also getting to enjoy the Swedish
summer in one of the most attractive summer cities in the country. Thanks to
the Summer Academy's extensive social programme, the students return home with
enhanced knowledge about Swedish culture and society, but also about Kalmar and
its surroundings. The programme offers organised day-trips and weekend
excursions as well as outdoor and sports activities, and cultural events. We
also offer optional excursions in the weekends.

For this year as well, we will be
offering an updated selection of courses, but still being workshop-oriented and
having a strong student focus. We are sure there is something for every student
at the Summer Academy! This is a unique opportunity for students to study in
Sweden during the summer in a great summer city, meet new people with similar
interests and still enhance their CVs for their future careers. We have seen a
grown interest for the Summer Academy due to the programme's success the past
years and we cannot wait to meet the students next summer in Kalmar!
